Chef Rahein Jones brings intention to every plate. A self-taught vegan chef and lifelong student of food, Rahein opened his first restaurant in 2012 to serve his family and community something better—real food with nothing to hide. His work redefines vegan cuisine: clean, bold, and rooted in health, not hype.

A Legacy of Clean Eating
Chef Rahein’s journey began with a personal shift—adopting a vegan lifestyle to improve his own health and that of his family. In 2012, he opened The Garden of Vegan in Delray Beach, pioneering plant-based cooking before it hit the mainstream. Long before processed vegan meats filled grocery shelves, Rahein focused on whole vegetables, sprouted ingredients, and house-made proteins designed for nutrient absorption and real satisfaction.
